Key projects - Senior Legal Advisor to the World Health Organization in the negotiation, adoption and implementation of the 2003 Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (2002-present)
- Development of a concept for a mediated debate on liability in the context of biosafety , as a contribution to de-blocking the difficult international negotiations, in Partnership with Ida Koppen Sustainable Development Strategies and the World Trade Institute of the University of Berne (2005)
- Workshop on international environmental negotiations in the framework of the annual Environmental Seminar for Swiss Diplomats (2001-2002)
- Legal study on compliance monitoring regimes in existing environmental treaties, including recommendations for Swiss negotiating positions (Swiss Agency of Environment, Forests and Landscape, 2002)
- Advisor to the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation in the elaboration of new Guidelines for international development cooperation (2003)
