  • Participation in the elaboration of the Explanatory Guide to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety (IUCN/FIELD/WRI, 2001-2)
  • Participation in the elaboration of a Complilation of Expert Papers on Liability and Redress and Living Modified Organisms (CropLife International, 2004)
  • Provision of independent expert advice on liability and redress to participants in the 1st Meeting of the Parties to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety in February 2004
  •  Disseminion of a series of short discussion papers on key concepts of liability in the form of an electronic dialogue, and organization of a side event on key concepts during the first Working Group meeting on Liability and Redress under the Cartagena Protocol in May 2005, as a 'neutral learning platform', with the participation of seven legal experts engaged in the negotiations  >>> SUMMARY REPORT 
  • Various talks and presentations on liability (including: UNEP/GEF Biosafety Project; first meeting of the Parties to the Cartagena Protocol)
